309 Visa

Hi guys, I need your advice. I'm currently on my 309 partner visa and have just learnt that my wife is pregnant. Do I have to update immigration? If so, how should I do so. Because I see no options to update my immi account.

Yes you should update them. If she hasnt done her medicals yet, she will be exempted from xray for now when a case officer contacts u. You should see update details when you login into your account.

Thanks for replying. To clarify, my wife is an Australian citizen. And I have received my 309 visa and will apply for my 100 sometime in 2021. Do I still have to update my immiaccount since it's my partner, not myself who is pregnant?

Any documents that relate to this, that can be used by the applicant where it confirms the relationship, can be uploaded in the normal way, when you proceed with the 100 subclass documents, as proof of relationship.

Otherwise I doubt if it is relevant to your actual application.
