Question regarding evidence of relationship (more infomation requested from CO)

Hi All

We lodged our application a few years ago and we have been asked to provide more info.

The part i am a bit confused is this.

I need to supply the following

2) Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia (sponsorship application
form)
3) Up-to-date evidence of your relationship with your spouse

This is no problem. I have filled out number 2 (i am the sponsor). And have filled out the sections of my form which include the 4 sections (nature of household, development of the relationship, etc etc)

However, part 3 requests this information too, exactly the same information. I am unsure if this means my partner also needs to fill out these things because they were found unsatisfactory when she lodged her "applicant" form which also included the (nature of household, development of the relationship, etc etc)

Since i have filled out my (nature of household, development of the relationship, etc etc), Does my partner also need to do this, from "her point of view in her own words?" or is mine sufficient?

I understand this is a bit confusing and i have tried to explain it as well as possible but if more information is required please ask

Thanks in advance, this forum has been great for us

Recent proof that you are still together. Evidences of trips together, family gatherings etc. Photos to prove it, or receipts etc.

Maybe recent declarations from people who know you.

We even did selfies of us both doing furniture shopping, with date set on pictures.

You didn't mention which visa.. When did you apply. Not doing the sponsor bit at the beginning must have delayed the application.

Sorry yes, visa is 820 with marriage. And yes not supplying my part was a HUGE oversight. Totally my error. Thankfully i have rectified that and actually i now have 3 more stat decs from friends which are done this month.

So in regards to these fields which i filled out on my form:

The financial aspects of your relationship.
The nature of your household.
The social aspects of your relationship.
The nature of your commitment to each other.

Which relates to the item 3 of requested information, i am still unsure if that is requesting this information from her, me, or both of us (if both of us, i am assuming that what she filled out was not enough? she did not actually fill out these fields on the online part of the form, instead she wrote a long letter with these topics covered. But not quite ummm....seperated into 4 different fields?) if she was to resupply this information, how would she go about it, since her initial application is already lodged? (in the 4 fields, she simply said please refer to relationshipdetails.pdf as there was too much information to fill in those spaces)

YOU are basically needing to do much the same as the applicant.

She has done hers in her words, this form is for YOU to do your part in your words. A lot may well be much the same, but YOU, the sponsor, need to do it, not her.

You can do it on the online form sections, or similar to her, and do it on a separate sheet. Marking the sections with where the actual details are.
