Changing job after ACS and EOI submission

I have did my ACS done in Sep-19 and received maximum points for experience. I have submitted the EOI at the start of Dec-19 and now in the queue.

If I change my job now then do I need to redo ACS process? and will it impact my current EOI by any means?
