Post Please Help

Hello i am just new to this site and been looking around , My partner and myself really need some help on getting a visa approved . We are looking at a tourist visa at this point in time as i am still legally married. my partner and myself have spent time together on several occasions, We have talked about what we are after in life and both want the same thing as every other relationship .Our issue is she is living in the Philippines and we both would like her to come to Australia to visit , But we are not sure on what Visa she should go for and how to prepare it . We have already done a 1419 visa and have been refused because of the time we wanted for it . now we are looking at 48r with a three month stay but we are concerned if it is refused again how we can continue our relationship .
Any advice would be appreciated

ya know Paul...ive read many times about Filipinas getting TV pretty easily by some posters, and from people I know I get a different story...suppose its all based on how much one can prove that she has plenty to lose if she doesn't return home after her visa expires....the old trick of ''show money loophole'' has been closed.

Unfortunitely, in the past overstaying was a major reason they have really cracked down on us....My US friends tell me its almost a 99.9% denial to get a TV to the states for the same reason...

So just try..a refusal will not affect other visas...its not based on a relationship issue..my mate had 3 denials but breezed thru his PMV...

Hi paul,
I am a filipina, and my partner is an Australian citizen..I 've been travel 3 times in australia as tourist..you cannot use 48R anymore they changed that application form, and you can use 1419 for your filipina girlfriend. You can give her an invitation letter and fill up statutory declaration too as your sponsor..if your girlfriend or partner is currently working she just need a leave of absence from work, tax, certification of employment. I used travel agent before because I have no time to do it by myself..if she is from manila I can refer her my travel agency I used before...Rajah Travel Corporation..they have office in makati area and manila office...
