Hepatitis B and visa 300 PMV

My gf (Vietnam) and I are planning to apply for a visa 300 to join me in Australia. However she has hepatitis B according to a recent blood test that we did (presumably from birth). My questions are:

1) Anyone knows how that will impact the application?

2) if anyone has any insights or similar experiences?

I'm just feeling quite hopeless at the moment thinking about the prospect of us being permanently separated because of a disease.

Thanks for all your input.

It will come down to the likely future cost of treatment. If you go to my website: pinoyau.com and use the contact form, I shall reply further.
