Dependent Child Subclass 445 Fraud

My ex who is British migrated to Australia, possibly through marriage and took my son with her without consent, without even informing me until she was there. No court orders etc were in place.

She must have applied for a Subclass 445 visa for him and looking at the forms, one of them requires my signature and passport. Which she must have forged and must have also obtained my passport copy by illegal means.

Obviously I want my child back as quick as possible, we were in a non hague country so that option is out. What happens if I report her for this?

You really need to consult a lawyer skilled in these matters. It’s not an issue for a public forum.
