Thanks for the quick advice!

I am juggling between keeping my 820 or withdrawing it to apply for 482 with my employer (safer option) as I have concerns about lack of evidence in our relationship. But 820 would give me faster pathway to PR.

I received a call from my Agent 3rd of January. They told me my visa was refused and we will file a review? I message them on 4th of January asking when they going to file and how much? They didn't answer me.Until 13th of January I received the copy of application for review and tax invoice. I don't know the reason of my visa refusal. They holding that information with me. They told me, we have meeting by 31st of January. Its so frustrating, but what I can do, they telling me to wait.

What I'd suggest is for you to immediately contact immigration dept tomorrow asking them for information on who to contact in regards to your situation. You'd want to email the right address to notify them about your situation and that your previous agent hadn't had notified you about the refusal. Once you've done that I'd highly suggest you hire a reputable agent to assist in filing an appeal. There's a few good ones in the forum like Mark Northam and Nick Van Vroost.

Out of curiosity why was your visa denied?did your agent say what was the reason?is it cause immigration didn't think your relationship was genuine?when I submitted my 801 I included some evidence showing my partner being very supportive throughout my cancer treatment. Photos of him at my chemotherapy, a letter from my GP and oncologist stating they often see,my partner at doctor's appointments, photo of him at the hospital when I had surgery.I think those helped a lot.

Good luck to you. I hope it all works out.
For all your questions I can't answer for now. But I will get back to you after our meeting 31st January. I have those photos you mentioned, and letters too.

Is this a registered migration agent? I'm very surprised they aren't providing you the documents received from Immigration, as far as I know they are (if they are registered) bound by the code of conduct to provide this to you. If it was my application, I'd be looking for a new migration agent quickly.
