This is a very delicate thing. I suggest you consult a Registered Migration Agent than to seek public opinion

Have a look at the character questions you have answered yes to one so you need to explain what happened and why details as they layed them out.

What exactly did you answer YES to, without giving details? Should your answer have been NO?

From what you have written, it seems you answered Q36 on form 80, (or something similar) with a Yes, but left this bit blank "If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of the questions at Question 36, you must state who it applies to and give ALL relevant details. If the matter relates to a criminal conviction, please give the nature of the offence, full details of sentence and dates of any period of imprisonment or other detention."

It's refreshing to know they at least give you a chance to get the visa even though you have a "YES" in this section.

But... you say you are not sure what they want from you... why are you not sure? THeir request seem pretty clear and detailed to me! They are telling you exactly what you should give them. If you have these information and documents, give it to them, that's the best you can do.

Hi everyone thanks so much for some feed back on my thread! I feel a bit refreshed that they are still giving me a chance to explain what are the details that happened in the situations. I finally read it through correctly and decided to make a word document and explain the best I can. Just got a bit stressed out if writing out something would be the best or contacting an agent to help Thank you all

Agreed. From what we hear and know, this seem to be the best course of action. Any document you have that can answer their questions, send it. Any question you don't have a doc for, answer it in a letter.
