We lodged pmv 300 on august 20, 2018 using an agent from melbourne, after lodging the pmv he sent us the HAPID but he told us to not have a medical yet because it will expire in a year, after 12 months of waiting from the day we lodged I was still in australia so I decide to do my medical in one of the accredited BUPA in Australia. I applied tourist visa twice one is 1 year but I had to leave every 3months and the other one is 3months (they got approved). Since we lodge the application we havent heard anything from the immi and we are almost 17 months of waiting is it normal? Like we are always asking our agent but he keeps saying the same thing that there is still no C.O assigned to our application. Is it normal that they are still not requesting any documents from us? Its just so frustrating that we feel like we just waste our money to our agent

As far as I know, the processing office will be where the applicant's current residence is.

So if you live somewhere in the Philippines, then your processing office will be in Manila no matter where your visa agent is located.
