Can I switch my University on same Visa Application?

Hello guys,

Initially I was granted a fully funded PhD scholarship at RMIT University and I applied for student visa (subclass 500) in July 2019 but couldn’t get the visa till the end of November 2019 as a result the RMIT University cancelled my scholarship in December, 2019 because of this delay in visa process.

Now I have another Australian university offer. Can I upload the new university eCOE to my current visa application or do I need to withdraw my existing visa application in order to lodge a fresh visa application?
