As per countries visited: at some point I lived in a country and worked in another so I crossed the border every day. I was travelling all around the EU at some point and cannot even remember all of these trips. I got away with writing a note explaining my trans-border work and saying "you can safely assume during the last ten years I have repeeatedly visited for short stays and for both leisure and work all of the EU members with the exception of Malta and Cyprus". I got the visa, so I guess that was enough.
What we did everytime we went to Serbia: arrive at Budapest (Hungary) airport and get picked up by a mini bus which drove us to Belgrade. I think it might look weird if I put the same date I was in Hungary for the day I arrived in Serbia, repeatedly. Perhaps it is best to write a note that each time I went to Serbia I was picked up from Budapest airport which brought me to Belgrade.

What do you think?

You can always try to list being in two different countries on the same day and see how the system handles it, or fails to handle it. Uploading a selection and a full written list might be a good idea.

Thanks! I'm not sure what you mean by 'a selection and a full written list'. Do you mean uploading a list of all the places I've been to, separately?

Yes the thing is I also don't know if it was really on the same day every time because it takes approximately 4-7 hours to get to Belgrade from Hungary so probably few times we arrived after midnight the next day. I am assuming that for the majority of the time it was, though.
