PMV 300 - visa processing

Hello guys,
my name is nisa. my fiance and i has submitted our PMV application and we've got an email from the case officer that they've had received our documents on 29th March 2019. and still no further information from the case officer since then. we've had provided all the documents (NOIM,Police certificate, etc). has anyone applied for PMV application in the same month/year and still waiting for it?
also has anyone booked a marriage celebrant to get a NOIM for the visa requirements? it is a bit tricky because we wanted to book a wedding venue and plan for our wedding but we still dont know exactly when will our PMV to be granted. i think we've just to wait until we hear a good news from the case officer, hopefully it wont be long.

We got a NOIM from the marriage office and that was enough. THey can change the date later on. They are used to people having to deal with the visa. I remember them saying you can change the date as long as you give at least one month notice.

We also had to change it in the visa application because they did not granted it fast enough so we had to notify change of circumstances, give a new wedding date, and send an updated NOIM with a new wedding date.

When we did the NOIM, we just set a preliminary date about a year after application.
The actual date can be changed with the celebrant later, but make sure they are aware of the situation.

We got lucky, and got the grant in time, so we didn't have to change it. We just confirmed it with the celebrant when we knew.

Without a NOIM, the application gets held up. Presumably while immigration are waiting for it.
