I did the points assessment on the Australia Immigration site and based on my position, I qualify for both the 189 and 190 visa. My question is how do I get a job offer from overseas? Can I immigrate to Australia without a job offer?

What are the health conditions that can disqualify one from immigrating to Australia?

Having the minimum (65) points for a visa is a good starting point. Be aware that there is a high level of competition for the limited number of invitations, so at the current time only applicants with 85+ points are receiving invitations. It's possible the situation will improve in the coming months however there is still a lot of backlog of people waiting.

As for how to get a job, it's simply a matter of applying or contacting potential employers. is the largest national job board, and LinkedIn is also a good avenue depending on your occupation. It can be difficult to get a look from employers though if you don't already have a visa so expect that it may be a long process. Many people immigrate without having employment set up and budget accordingly.

Health conditions vary, but generally they are ones that would have the likelihood to cost the Australian health system AUD $40,000 during the next 5 years.
