General advice, offer of employment?

Hey everyone, new here so hope you are all doing well 🙂

So, I have an offer of employment from a company in Australia (Melbourne) , the job its self is Drainage but its specializing in CIPP relining and repairs etc, which is a specialist role here in the UK (not as sure there)

Now I have all the qualifications for the role, no criminal background or any convictions etc. Cost wise the employer wont be sponsoring but has said they will assist any way possible and ideally I want to be going on a permanent/skilled Visa, is this possible? Can anyone guide me through the general process?

Thank you very much for reading and any info.

If an employer is willing to nominate you, but is unwilling to meet the significant cost of doing so, it is illegal to have you to pay for a nomination.

As first step, you need a pre migration skills assessment in your skilled occupation and then you decide whether you want to apply for skilled independent, state/territory nominated, or employer nominated; all of which are currently open for your skilled occupation.

If you go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form I shall have a look at your case, if you wish.

Are you aware if your workplace is actually eligible to sponsor you? not all workplaces are able to sponsor an overseas worker. It sounds like they're not in a position to sponsor you (or they even really know what work sponsorship is because as above - it's illegal to ask applicant to pay the cost of work visa) and is just happy to "assist" you with getting a visa through other means.
