nvitation to comment on adverse information received by the department

hi,

HELP I am so scared.

I am waiting for my 801.
My partner and I had an argument a month ago and he informed the DOHA that we weren't together anymore. he regretted it so much and on the same day, he sent a second email to tell them that we are still/back together.
But yesterday I received a letter "invitation to comment on adverse information received by the department". I have 28 days as you know.

I know that we have to do a statutory declaration, other forms 888.
What else can I do?
I would like some advice, please.

Did someone has been in the same situation and did you get your visa 801 granted still?

This is known in the trade as shooting yourself in the foot.

If you go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form I shall have a look at your case, if you wish.

I know of someone who did the same thing but in their situation they lived apart for a week but the sponsor hastily informed immigration.

Both the sponsor and the applicant had a phone interview with immigration and immigration went through their transactions with a fine tooth comb. They had questions about specific transactions and what they were for and why the address for this purchase was still showing the sponsors old address etc. They ended up getting the visa in the end but telling immigration the relationship was over early made it take a lot longer.
