Question 187 rsms defacto

Hi there,

My partner and I were granted our RSMS 187 visa last year.

She being the main applicant and I the defacto.
Everything's been fine, however she thinks about quitting her job, at which she worked for 3 years already. We know that it's likely she'll lose her visa.

My question is, am I also affected by her actions? Will I also lose my rsms visa if hers gets cancelled, as I'm defacto? Or am I free 'visa wise' and detached from her and her actions.

ps. genuine relationship here, as we've been together for almost a decade.

Many thanks.

On what basis have you formed this belief?

Well she would quit before the 2 years work requirement after visa grant. So I assume her rsms would be cancelled without a good reason. Her reason is just that she's tired of her workplace, it's very intense and busy hotel.

But my concern is if it'll affect me too. Cause I'm working and settling here and having my visa cancelled as well would be heart breaking.

How long has she worked there since the 187 grant?
