Angry Expired visa because immiaccount was down

Im in a bit tricky situation and I need advice. I was on evistor visa and I was about to submit my partner visa application. I was planning to do that on Friday the 28th of Feb 2020 but the immiaccount was down Friday night and all Saturday. Yes, there was maintenance on the website happening. It was only 8:30 pm 28th of Feb to 6:00 am 29th of Feb.

My evistor visa expired by the end of Saturday the 29th Feb. I have evidence of the ImmiAccount didn't work and I have filled a complaint or help request in the tech support page. So as I'm posting this post, I don't hold any visa in Australia.

The immiaccount is working now but Iím not sure what to do now.

1- Can I just submit the partner visa?
2- Should I apply for Bridging E visa then apply for the partner visa? As I would still have had a substantive visa in the last 28 days.
3- Should I apply for Bridging E Visa and leave the country, come back on a visa ( evistor) then apply for partner visa?

Any tips would be appreciated, Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you so much if you could help

Unfortunately this is why it's strongly recommended not to wait until the last day or two to lodge an application.

I'd suggest you speak with a registered migration agent immediately since you now have a much more complicated situation.
