Australian Citizenship by Descent

Hi all,

I am a bit stump at what to do at the moment. I had applied for my baby's Australian Citizenship by Descent, and it was already granted/approved on the 19th of March 2020. The mail tells me that an extract will be sent to me by registered mail but did not specify which one or to what address.

When I apply, I assign the address that my baby is resident of (Vietnam) and a postal address (Australia), so which address would the "extract" be sending to?

On the 20 March 2020 (next day), I miss a call from Australian Consulate. Obviously, I call back, but they tell me whoever call me will call me back. It has been like 6 days since then.

I need to the extract to apply for the passport for the baby, so any idea of how to find out where and when will the extract be arriving (if it is actually arriving) or should I just wait?

It should be sent to your Australian address. It is usually possible to track registered mail.

If that is the case then I should just wait until it arrives in the mail at my home in Australia? Any idea how long would that usually take?
