Transition from WHV to Bridging A Help

Hi there,

my current WHV ends on the 11th of June and my BVA comes into effect on the same date.

I have permission for work restrictions lifted on the WHV until 11/06/2020.
My BVA has same restrictions as WHV.

Does any one know if I need to get my work restrictions lifted from 11/06 or 6 months into the BVA?

My letter states I can't work beyond 11/06 with same employer but that's only in reference to WHV.

Any help appreciated.

The BVA generally resets the work requirements, but you should get a professional opinion on the specifics of your situation.

Yeah that's my assumption too.

I can't actually do anything until the BVA becomes active, which is the day the WHV becomes inactive.

Either way, I have can't do it prior to that.
