309 Partner Provisional - a uni students question!

Hi everyone, I'm currently studying my MSc in the UK (im British), and my girlfriend has been living with me for the past 2 and a half years on and off (she is Australian). It has all been university accommodation, and thus she is not listed on the finances such as bills etc... (im living with friends and she is here too).
When she isn't here, it is because I'm in Australia with her and her family in term breaks/ xmas and summer (aussie winter).
In regards to application to the Visa, we have been together for 3 years already, but constantly in this state of student living. Will this be detrimental to my application (from a finance point of view).
