Residency calculations

Guys, I entered Australia on 5 July 2019 for validation and left after 10 days. Now I plan to move permanently on 1st July 2020. Now to calculate, which one is my lawful residency date and permanent residency date? What happens if it take a 2-3 weeks trip out of Australia after the permanent move?

Based on what you say, assuming you have a permanent visa, 5 July 2019 for both. Nothing, other than you deduct this from your total stay.
