Hello Debby,

They are actually pretty good at answering in this email address [email protected]

I have sent them a mail and always got a reply within a day.

As part of the immigration email, that box is not monitored therefore it is useless to even mail there.

I haven't seen recent grants from Pretoria. I don't know why are they sooo slow!! How can they not have feelings for 2 people being part, we applied in Dec 18 and now with the current situation and all travel bans, it is really difficult for me and my partner. I feel so depressed at times. Pretoria was slow in normal times and now with covid-19, I don't even want to think abut about it.

I just wish there is a way we can give them a wake up call, because if we keep quiet they will think we are cool with it, then they continue to see it as a normal thing, being apart from our partners is so depressing, who knows what we can do about this??

I dont have any idea what we can do, but agree that something needs to be done. Their processing times are ridiculous.

I received an email from them yesterday saying no visas have been processed since March 25th - when they first went into lockdown and they're not even sure when they will be reopening the office to start processing visas again.

They said once they are reopened, they will be processing partner visas 'in a limited capacity' 🙄🙄

16 months since we applied from Nigeria and looks like many months to go still 🤨🙄
