Are you saying your agent didn't ask you for any of the information your visa was refused for, or did you not provide that information?

If you mean that immigration did not ask for further infiormation, they do not have to and can make a decision on what is in front of them at any time. If you go to my website (in my signature) and use my email address to send me a copy of your refusal letter, I shall assess your case.

There is no requirement for them to ask for any documentation missing or not (police and medical excluded).

In partner visa case they usually issue a Section 56 RFI (Request for Further Information) but not always.

MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 56
Further information may be sought
(1) In considering an application for a visa, the Minister may, if he or she wants to, get any information that he or she considers relevant but, if the Minister gets such information, the Minister must have regard to that information in making the decision whether to grant or refuse the visa.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may invite, orally or in writing, the applicant for a visa to give additional information in a specified way.
************************************************** ******************************************
A crucial word is MAY.

May I suggest that tou consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for advice about your possible strategies?

Not all Migration agents are the same.

You have used one that states: "The vision at LH Global is to run a successful profitable business that can support, nurture and empower like-minded workers and businesses throughout Asia". You could say they are honest, they clearly say they just want their profit..

Personally I would rather trust a smaller local Australian migration agent, that concentrates only on Australian migration.

Another thing with LH, is that they state their 4 core business functions as:
1. Student Services & Migration
2. Recruitment & Training
3. Project Acquisition
4. Tourism

In all fairness, they seem to concentrate on student visas, maybe not as well versed on partner visas.

Dealing with 'education agents' often results an expensive disaster.
