Applying for the 600 visa and travel exemption

This weekend we are working on applying for the visitor visa 600 and the travel exemption as my de facto partner of 2 years needs to leave in August for compassionate reasons (currently living together in London). I need to go with her for emotional support. We lodged a 309/100 on 3rd July 2019 and have since heard nothing.

We filled out the 600 visa application and paid but it seemed very straight forward and we didn’t really touch upon our relationship or compassionate reason for returning? Does all the relationship and other evidence go solely into the travel exemption application which is then linked to the 600?

Thanks everyone.

From what I have read, you apply for the exemption after you get the 600 grant, showing as much info as possible to prove relationship again.

When we did the 600 after the PMV/300 application, we mentioned about the 300 application. Not sure where though, a bit too long ago now.

It can't hurt to add a bit in, to the 600 application, about the reason for travel.
