Form 80 - Very short employment?

Hello! I was wondering about the exactitude needed for the employment history. In the past 10 years, I've worked a few jobs and two of them I was on for only a week or two and I can't for the life of me remember the days or even the month for them! One of them was november or december, not sure. I had quit my job to do something else and it didn't work out so I went back to the old job within a month.

List all to the best of your recollection and indicate this. Immigration data match with taxation authorities and they will know anyway.
