Student Visa subclass 500

Hi guys,
I am currently in australia on a subclass 476 visa which is due to expire in september this year.

At the moment i am waiting for my offer letter from uni so i can go ahead and apply for my student visa.

When i do apply for student visa , will i have to do the health examination and police checks again? I am not sure because i have not left Australia ever since i entered on my 476 visa last year.
Also When applying for student visa do they also ask for English proficiency tests? My test just expired last month and i was unable to retake it till now due to COVID!

Thanks
