Visa processing time

Is there interstate differences of visa processing time In Australia? In general terms, if, for instance, Queensland has only 10 lodgements of a visa subclass, but Victoria has 300, would you expect a proportionate number of grants over a given year or all of Queensland’s lodgements along with a number of Victorians granted?
I would very much appreciate responses from registered immigration agents on this.

I don't think there is much point speculating about this, as procedures change all the time. If one processing centre has a light workload, they could start processing applications from processing centres with a heavy workload.

As an example, I had 2 student visa applications for twin brothers. One was processed in Perth and granted without any further requests. The other (identical) application was processed in Adelaide, received a request for further information and took much longer.

You could easily go insane trying to find any logic in the processing system.
