Form 956a requirement for subclass 100 partner visa

Hi,
I am currently on 309 provisional partner visa. I applied it 2 years back through an agent who was also the authorised recipient for all communications received from the immigration department. Now I am independently applying for subclass 100 permanent visa and would like to be the only authorised recipient for all communication. Can someone please let me know if I am required to Submit Form 956a or not.

Depends on what was included on your 956. Consult your agent.
