80 Form Adresses

Hello!

I would like to ask if in the 80 form I have to write every address I lived in or if it is as the online form that you use to apply for the 820 visa where I just had to write my last address in every country where I lived more than 12 months.
When I lived in the UK, I changed homes very very often so I don't remenber exact dates so it would obviously be easier if I just had to write my last address.
Thank you,
Lola

What are you going to state on your form 80 when you upload it?

What do you mean? Is it not necessary?

Q17 does say:
"Your address history for the last 10 years.
Provide your address history in chronological order with no gaps in the timeline. If there are gaps, you must provide an explanation at Part T Additional information
."

You need something to cover all dates, with the Date from and Date to, or an explanation for missing dates.
