Question regarding RRV

Our(Mine, wife, daughter) PR is expiring in November 2020 .
I stayed in Australia for nearly 2 years .But was not working .
My wife stayed in Australia for about 3 years and was working full time .
My daughter also stayed more than 3 years in Australia .

Now we are stuck in India and trying to go back to Australia .

My wife was not working for the last one year as she was doing her nursing registration course and now she got her Australia nursing registration .She is trying to go back to Australia and get a job

Hopefully the international travel will resume before November and my wife will get a job before november .

My question is what are the possibilities of my RRV getting rejected as I was not working .?

Will, having a wife and daughter who probably satisfies the RRV condition , help satisfy the "personal ties" condition for me .

Thanks much

If you satisfy the residence requirement for a RRV it does not matter whether you were working.

Not that specific box, but it is another eligibility criterion in its own right.

If your wife has spent 3 years in the last 5 in Australia she doesn’t ‘probably’ satisfy, she does satisfy the residence requirement.
