Does NSW 190 still invite offshore applicants not in healthcare professions?

Hello, I'm new here.

I just lodged my EOI in SkillSelect with nominated ANZSCO 312111 Architectural Draftsperson.

I got 90 points for subclass 190, with superior English.
In 2019 during this time, this score in this occupation gets invited quick.
What chance do I have now with this ongoing closed border and economic fallout? I am offshore too, which could minimize my chances.

During the past months, I have only been seeing nurses being invited.
