Exclamation I need help answering the 309 form questions

Hello, I'm new and I'm stuck with my visa partner application 309 offshore. I don't seem to have a clue as to how to answer the questions under relationship details. I understand the evidence I need such as joint bank accounts etc but i don't know how to word the answer to any of the 4 questions, thus I cannot advance with my application.

Thank you, any help will be very welcome.

Hi,
There are lots of samples online. Just google them and write your true story. there are easy. try to include all the pullet points (these points are in immigration check list) in your statements.
Do not be stress. You can do it by yourself just do a bit of research.

Depending on how comfortable you feel with the overall application, you may want to consider using a migration agent.

Some refusals are done due to inadequate applications.

You can attach separate statements to the application and refer to these in the form. Speak about how and when you met, when you became official, when you knew the other person was 'the one', when you met each other's families, shared milestones, holidays, how you share household tasks (e.g. who does the dishes, who cooks etc), how you share finances, spend time with friends and each other, and your plans for the future as a couple.

The statements should tell your unique story from your individual perspectives.

Hope that helps

Hi,

Use Headings. Start by writing down the 4 areas you need to comment on. Then, you and your partner make a list of the points that relate to your relationship (be careful of list examples - make your own unique list) under each heading. Then expand on that in the statement, but use the headings. It makes it easier for you and the Case Officer too. The statement is very important. It does not need to be sophisticated. Simple sentences which cover the facts. Good luck. Peter
