BVA with 8107 restriction

I came to Australian 4.5 years ago on a 457 visa. 22 months ago I applied for a 461 NZ family members visa and I’m still waiting, likely it will be another 12 months+. I was recently made redundant and lodged a request to remove the 8107 restriction from my BVA and was denied because I could not prove financial hardship which I can’t. I was issued a new BVA saying that I can remain in Australia lawfully until a decision is made on my 461 however I’m concerned about finding a new sponsor during COVID and what happens in 60 days If I don’t find a new sponsor. Thoughts?

If you breach your visa condition, your visa is liable for cancellation. I would get some professional advice based on your specific circumstances.
