801 stat decs

Hi everyone,

Iím sorry for bombarding you with questions lately.

With the sponsor stat dec for the 801 visa, is it ok if I write my stat dec on a seperate piece of paper and have the stat dec form signed by the JP and then submit it that way? Do I need a colour copy of my drivers license to go with it?

Does my husband also need to complete one?

Thank you for any help,

Sarah.

My wife filled out the stat dec but the answers were written on a separate paper and it was granted. Copy of passport/driver license (in color) was attached and signed from a JP as well.

Your husband doesn't have to do one however I wrote a statement which I signed but didn't get it certified.

PS: Every single question you asked recently has been asked and answered many times and with a little bit of searching you will find all the answers in less than 2 minutes.
