Parent contributory Subclass 143 sponsorship requirements

Looking for answers regarding the sponsorship for Mother, Father and one dependant Adult child.

As per my information one child can sponsor only 2 Adults/parents (mother and father)
But
what if there is a third person in the application which is an Adult (above 23 years of age) who is fully dependant on parents.
Please help me to understand;
- Can there be two sponsors for one application or I have to consider two separate applications. Form 40 is for the sponsor to fill and sign.

- Can I apply 5 year parent visa 870 after applying for 143

- What is the COST of each adult for the application and second instalment

- When will the parents will get the pension when/if 143 is approved?

Would appreciate your comments and suggestions on this matter.

Thanks for your time.

Have you checked that you meet the balance of family test?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes I do meet the balance of family which is a basic requirement for this subclass.

1. The third person who is over 23 years old can still be included in the application if you can convinced the immigration that he is fully dependable on your parents, this is not impossible however it is a very difficult process, my suggestion is to go for the best migration agent that you can afford.
2. Per application, you would only need 1 sponsor only which i assume is yourself, you can have your partner in it as well but this is not necessary, so your choice.
3. You definitely can apply for a 5 year 870 visa while your application for 143 visa being processed.
4. Your parents will not be able to get any Centrelink benefits in the first 10 years after arriving in Australia. Medicare is fine though.

Thank you For a descriptive answer.
I must admit that info you have given is exactly what I just thought would be the case.
However once question though;
If I run the wizard on the immi website for sponsorship eligibility it says ok for 2 applicants but if i type 3 then i get an error message.

You should speak to a migration agent. They would be best suited to answer your questions.

Those are the RMA that frequent these boards. CCMS, wrussell and paulhand are pretty regular, all of which are great.

CCMS likes this.
