Student visa question

Hi Guys,

I'm on my student visa, and had to stop going to college due to not having enough money and had to work for a employer as a sub-contractor.

I want to move to partner visa now, what would be the best next action to take due to this situation?

Is this situation salvageable?

Thankyou.

If you had let the govenment know that you are in a relationship, then you can apply for a partner visa. If you never told them that you entered in a relationship, i am not sure if they will let you apply for a Partner visa.

You might want to check with an immigration agent.

If you've stopped studying (and depending on how many hours per fortnight you're working), you may find you're in breach of your student visa conditions. If you want to salvage the situation, you should probably speak with a registered migration agent.
