Uploading Documents

Hi all, my partner and I just applied for the 820 partner visa and we don't have a lot of time to upload documents.

Is there a time limit on how long the documents need to be in by?
If so how long do we have to get all the documents in?

There is no 'time limit' per se, but all the documentation needs to relate to time of application, and they can, in theory, make a decision at any time based on what you have uploaded.

Thanks, but would they move that quickly to reject the application before we submit all the documents?

Very unlikely, but why leave the option on the table?

Unless something has changed, I believe all uploads have to be 5mb or less.

Hi so in regards to the time limit. When I did my 820 I lodged in August 2018 and only uploaded a few documents in 2019. In 2020 June I received an email from immigration requesting more information. I uploaded all my financial's, household and social evidence dating back to when my partner and I first went out. I received my 820 and 801 on July 6th. In saying that I would advice you to upload your documents as soon as you can. It was quite stressful for me to upload everything in the 28 days that immigration requested.
