Question PSW Visa 485 ASR

Hi,

I am completing cricos registered bachelors degree from an australian university taking RPL from overseas study as well as from Australian study. Total physical presence for study in Australia is 12 months for the above Bachelors degree and another 8 months in the same university for non-AQF courses which has been taken as RPL for award of the above Bachelors degree.

Will these 8 months be counted towards 16 calendar months physical presence for ASR?
Do i qualify the ASR criteria?

Your question is not relevant to the criteria relating to the Australan Study Requirement.

May I suggest thjat you consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for a professional assessment?
