If this is a question you'll have to be state it a bit more clearly... If you are asking whether or not her specific circumstances allow her employer to apply for the Jobkeeper subsidy for her, your best option is to go to the the servicesaustralia website and check the eligibility requirements.

I'm not sure if it has changed, but it was previously only available for people who met specific requirements including being employed with the same employer for the previous 12 months.

It is/was only casual employees that had the 12 month requirement - all other employees, it was that they were employed on or before 1 March 2020.

Currently for casuals- this:- Casual employees are only eligible if they were employed by you on a regular and systematic basis during the 12-month period that ended 1 July 2020.

If same employer could have been eligible from the start - a few other factors to look at.

You are not very clear on your visa or work status, also it includes the employer.

So much more detail is required - start with speaking with your accountant as jobkeeper is issued via the ATO.

Zero relevance on the 820 - so you are confusing things.

The ATO can/will not help you - they just supply the requirements and administer.

Availability is inline with the BAS reporting - well it was for the first 6 months.

(Bottom line basic) job keeper is required to be paid in arrears. Meaning all companies must FIRST pay it, then they can claim it.
