Student Visa (Subclass 500) Extension

Hey, Everyone
I’m an international student whose visa expires in March 2021. At a later point in time, I will be applying for a new student visa that will cover the duration of the 2-year course I applied for, last November. Moreover, the 2-year course finishes in July 2021, for which the university gave me a new CoE (Certificate of Enrolment). However, my IELTS results are set to expire this December, which has gotten me into a dilemma. Many websites have recommended applying for the visa, between 2 weeks and 3 months prior to its expiry date, while I want to lodge an application much earlier than the suggested timeframe(6-7 months before my expiry date). What are your thoughts on this situation? Please do not hesitate to provide some suggestions for the problem?

Thank You and Have a nice day
