Form 888 deadline

Hello all!

I've tried to do my own research, but I just want to clarify something regarding some information I've read about a 6 week deadline to submit the form 888 from point of lodging visa application.

I've found that there is a deadline if you meet certain circumstances like you've been denied a visa in the past or have been barred under 48 something a rather.

If none of this applies to me then I'm to assume I don't have a deadline? Not to say I will wait a year to get it done, but just to confirm I don't have some 6 week deadline to upload the documents.

Thanks in advance, take care.

Without nominating the particulars of two 888 declarants, you cannot lodge a partner visa application, so you would (presumably) have your 888s in hand before you lodge.
