Withdrawing partner visa with form 1446 - my visa application not showing up in immi?

Hi All

I currently hold an 820 partner visa but I've decided to withdraw my application after receiving an s57 notice of adverse information. I'm trying to upload my withdrawal but I can't see my 801 visa application in my immi account, only the 820 and I cannot upload to that one because the 820 has already been finalised.

I didn't submit any evidence or begin applying for the 801 because the relationship broke down shortly after I got the notice to apply.

Also, the 1448 form asks me to give a reason for the withdrawal. I'm withdrawing because my relationship broke down due to my sponsor having an affair and pursuing his new relationship. Do I have to explain this on the 1448 form?

You would be well advised to take the necessry steps to withdraw, rather than have a visa refusal on your record.
