Visa refusal

Hey everyone. I got a big problem. My story. 2 years in OZ on WH visa then applied for 187 as a Beef Cattle Farmer, Nomination got refused. We appealed the decision to get more time to prepare for partner visa. But we broke up. I withdrew the appeal and left Oz. I spent 4 years in Oz. Now I wanna go back and apply for a student Visa (Nursing). Im a geriatric Nurse from Germany. How likely is it to get the student visa granted with my visa history ?

Get some advice from a Registered Migration Agent on how much a refusal of a nomination will impact your chances of a student visa.

It is not the nomination refusal that would have adverse consequences for a student visa application, but the subsequent visa refusal. With your overall visa history you can expect a problem satisfying the GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) criterion that applies to student visas. It might pay you to consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for advice about your possible visa strategies.
