Student Visa to Partner Visa

Hey Amazing people,

I was going to apply for the SUbclass 820 from student Visa. So I was wondering how essential it is to apply via migration agent. I've been researching for a while now and I kind of know how to do it. I've been in de-facto with my partner for over a year. I have all sorts of evidences as required as well. We are also planning to get married in next few months. So, my question is do I really need to go through a migration agent or can I do it myself?

Thank you

There is no such a requirement as going through migration agent. If you are confident enough - do it yourself, if not - hire an agent

It would be good practice to consult one of the registered migration agents who posts on this forum for an assessment, beore you proceed.
