Unhappy Partner Visa - Mistake on 'Previous Relationship'

Hey Guys!!

So my wife just applied for the partner visa and as I am filling out my sponsorship Visa I realised that we may have made a mistake.

Under the section where it asks if the sponsor had been in any previous relationships she wrote 'No' as she thought it meant a marriage or legally recognised relationship (as they're kind of the given options).

However I was in on again off again long term relationship before that I wanted to mention. We were never married, lived together sporadically and never registered or claimed de-facto status (never shared finances or bills or anything) - but since it was for a few years I think it's still worth mentioning.

However now I'm freaking out a bit as what my wife has added to her visa application may be different from my own.

Do we just add it to mine and register that she made a mistake on her application (as she genuinely made a mistake and misinterpreted the question), or do I put no in my sponsorship application?

Cheers guys!
