Error on 40SP for 1st Stage/801 Visa

My partner has just filled out the 47SP for the 1st stage partner visa application 820/821 and will submit it shortly. I tried to fill out the 40SP sponsorship and used his TRN to do it. But after a couple of pages when it asked me to confirm my details I got the error message "The applicant is unable to continue this application as the related application details cannot be confirmed. The applicant might wish to review the information entered in this application prior to continuing."
I have checked averything and it looks fine.
Why can't I fill out 40SP.
Please help. Time is very short.

You need to submit the visa application first.

Hi Paul,
Many thanks for your reply.
So we need to submit the 47SP first and pay the fee and then at a later stage we do the 40SP and supporting docs and pics?
How soon after submitting the 47SP does one submit the 40SP?
Best regards,
Poorisa

You should lodge it as soon as possible after lodging the visa application.

Thanks Again

Hi Paul.
Many thanks again.
I didn't want to submit 47SP without knowing this.
Very best regards,
