Question 801 application - how is it different to 820?

Can someone please offer advice on the 801 application and what's required relative to the 820 application? It is asking me the same questions I provided answers to in my 820 i.e. financial, social and household aspects of the relationship - can I just use the same answers I provided before? If it's since the 820 was granted, it doesn't make sense because my 820 was granted about 4 weeks ago. Am I supposed to talk about how our relationship has been for the past 4 weeks?

Also curious if it matters whether I use the same people to complete form 888s or different people?

Thanks in advance!

Based on my research and also input from other experience forumer here, they use same 2 witnesses for Form 888. Others use 1 old and 1 new, others use 2 old 1 new.
So if you are thinking of using 2 old witnesses it will not be a problem.

As for the other evidences required, we are on the same boat, my 820 was granted specifically last Oct 31,2020.
How I put up evidence for financial for example : our joint account transactions between October and most recent.
Same thing for household bill in joint name. Cos in our situation we have it quarterly set up. I’m still collating more and organising my paperwork’s but that’s how I put it up.

And also example: communication or relationship evidence, I have my phone records for the last 3 months up to recent and example of text messages in screenshots in one pdf file.

You got to remember as well that some applicants uploaded their evidence 1 month early prior to getting approve. So whatever you have as long as it shows continuity it will help.

Cheers.

Thanks! From your post, you mentioned that some applicants upload evidence a month - how is this possible? It won't let me submit my application until two years have passed from my original application date. I cannot upload any documents until the application is submitted.

Whatever you did for the 820 visa you pretty much need to repeat again for the 801 visa. I would submit updates from when you applied for the original 820 visa which is the period they would be looking at. If nothing has changed then I guess that you can use the same answers. Hope that helps.
