Can I apply for a Student Visa if I’m currently holding a COVID Visa (408)?

Hi,

Here is my situation:
I’m currently holding a COVID Visa (408) and I would like to apply for a student visa.
Before going to a process to apply for the student visa, I would like to be sure if this is possible, to switch from a 408 to a student visa?
And if so, would it be possible to add my partner to the same visa, knowing that she is currently holding a WHV?

Thank you.

Read the grant letter. It gives you the conditions of your current visa

I obviously read the grant letter before asking this question.
Nothing indicates me if I can switch for the 408 to the student visa.

Nothing specific to holding a 408 if you meet all the other criteria.

When all else fails, read the instructions.
