Please help

Hello my partner is currently in australia we are married by religion and she is pregnant she has a daughter in Indonesia we want to all live in australia together how do we go about doing this what are the best options for us we have no idea what we are doing she is here on a visiting visa

If your wife lodges a valid application for an onshore partner visa (and from what you have posted it appesrs that she could) she would be granted a bridging visa with work rights and Medicare eligibility, but she cannot include an offshore child. Any such application would be invalid. It might pay you to take professional advice about possible strategies.
