Citizenship by Descent

Hi

Has anyone applied for this and still waiting?

My daughter has passed the 90% processing time, currently 8 months and her application still states "submitted".

It should be a straightforward application. What happens with the remaining 10%? No information is given on how to proceed if she doesn't hear anything.

If you’re past the 90% mark, you can call the helpline and nudge them. It may or may not help.

Thank you. I don't want to annoy them when they say not to phone but it's so frustrating not knowing whether the application is even being processed. It's unfortunate the London call centre has closed.
